Excel successfully completed the manufacturing, delivery, and installation of several key components, which include four three-phase electrically operated roller shutters. Each of these shutters utilizes a GFA Elektromaten ‘Fast Action’ motor and is equipped with a safety brake to ensure controlled descent speed, preventing any over-speeding.

For added functionality, each roller shutter is complete with a manual override facility, allowing seamless operation in the event of mains power failure. This manual override is facilitated by a hand chain, ensuring continuous operation and security.

Constructed with durability in mind, the roller shutters feature 3” pre-galvanized solid steel lath, providing robustness and enhancing security measures.

The operation of these shutters is managed through a control panel, which incorporates two photocells and a wireless safety edge kit. These features enable automatic opening and closing functionality, enhancing convenience and safety.

In addition, two Induction loops are strategically installed, with one fitted internally and another externally. These loops play a crucial role in activating the door when a vehicle drives over them, contributing to the efficient and responsive operation of the roller shutters.
