Excel manufactured, delivered and installed roller shutters at Baig Properties in Dewsbury, and also provided shutter repair for some of their existing shutters at the premises.

Single-Phase Electric Roller Shutters

Excel installed 5 single-phase electric roller shutters, featuring a powder-coated finish in Anthracite. The operation of each shutter can be executed either by using a key-switch, which comes complete with three keys, or through a remote control equipped with two handsets.

Constructed with durability in mind, these shutters are made from 3” pre-galvanized solid steel lath and include 65mm guide channels. In the event of mains failure, a manual override facility is available, operated by a winding handle. For enhanced security, all guide components are welded together, ensuring a robust and reliable system.

Three-Phase Electric Roller Shutters

Excel also installed one three-phase electric roller shutter. This roller shutter is an electrically operated unit utilizing a GFA Elektromaten Safedrive® motor. It is equipped with a safety brake to control the speed of the curtain’s descent, preventing any over-speeding.

Operated through a control panel, the roller shutter includes 2 remote control handsets, a wireless safety edge, and photocell safety features. These features enable automatic open/close functionality, enhancing convenience and safety during operation.

In the event of mains power failure, the roller shutter is equipped with a manual override facility, operated by a hand chain for continued functionality.

Constructed from 3” pre-galvanized solid steel lath, the roller shutter is designed with durability and security in mind, ensuring reliable performance over time.

Each of the roller shutters varied in sizes to suit both door and window openings.
